Our Family, Our Dream​.We are an Italian family who chose San Diego, a city we already love for its climate, energy, and welcoming spirit.Our passion is to bring two authentic traditions:

• Roman pan pizza by the slice has a texture that is  airy and cloud-like: crumbly, light, and highly digestible, with an open crumb achieved through high hydration and 72 hours of slow fermentation.

• Tuscan schiacciata is slightly crunchy on the outside, with a soft interior that embraces the filling:

• a rich, flavorful, and complete product that delights with every bit
